SHIPPING & RETURNS
Please allow 3-10 business days to fulfill orders.
You will receive a shipment notification email once your package is on its way. During peak holiday seasons or sale events, fulfillment may take a bit longer, so please allow up to 7 additional business days for delivery.
Please note that orders aren’t processed over the weekend.
At this time, we ship only within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.
In the USA, ground shipping is available for most domestic locations (3 - 10 business days after fulfillment) for $8-$10.
Priority Shipping is available for Alaska and Hawaii for $25-$30. Longer delivery times may be experienced when shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
We hope you love your Seaire products as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We accept returns on new or gently used items purchased from www.seaireskin.com within 30 days of purchase date.

Once your return package has arrived at our return processing facility, please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Shipping and returns processing fees will not be refunded.
If your package was damaged during transit, please notify us immediately at info@seaireskin.com.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Our products are formulated in the US with both domestic and globally sourced ingredients.
Glass jars, plastic disks, and plastic caps are made in Italy.
Paper packagings are made in the US.
Shipping boxes are made in Asia.
Seaire products are formulated to suit the needs of sensitive skin, but are suitable for all skin types.
We do not test our products and/or ingredients on animals.
Our ingredients are not tested on animals by our suppliers, nor do we have third parties test on animals on our behalf.
Yes we are! All of our products are carefully formulated with the health of our skin and bodies in mind. We test, validate, and verify our formulas with third party testing laboratories.
We formulate without parabens, sulfates, phthalates, mineral oil, SLS, SLES, petrolatum, synthetic dyes, formaldehyde or formaldehyde-releasing agents, triclosan, triclocarban, and more.

Through the process of fermentation, plant cell culture, and enzyme technology, we harness the marine bioactive compounds that offer unmatched efficacy, safety, and consistency, while respecting the integrity of marine ecosystems.
Marine actives are consciously selected to protect biodiversity and preserve the ocean’s natural balance. Every marine ingredient we choose balances both science and sustainability—ensuring our products perform without compromising the environment.
Our journey to sustainability is a constant work in progress. We don’t have all the answers today, but here are what we are doing now.
Ocean Conservation: We never harvest directly from our oceans to source any of our marine ingredients.
Product Packaging:
Glass, Polypropylene (PP), Post-consumer recycled content (PCR)
Paper Packaging:
Cartons: 100% recyclable and made in a 100% carbon free electricity facility.
Shipping Boxes: Biodegradable and 100% recyclable
Supply Chain:
Continuous work in understanding and analyzing how our ingredients are sourced, produced, and processed to identifying ways to reduce the greenhouse gas emissions associated with each phase in a product’s lifecycle. As we continue to optimize shipping, we opt for ocean freight.
